Hailey Bieber's Dating History: The Names She Was Linked To Before Marrying Justin

Long before they got engaged and married to each other, Hailey and Justin were best friends. The pair met at teens back in 2009 and developed a friendship, making red carpet appearances together as early at 2011 -- think back to the premiere of Justin’s Never Say Never biopic.

Fast-forward four years and the former buddies were taking their relationship to the next level, grabbing headlines with their sweet romance. Here they are below during their post-Christmas tropical vacation in December 2015.

Although they split by May 2016, the couple rekindled their love a few years down the line.

When Hailey and Justin parted ways in 2016, it was reported that the 27-year-old "Peaches" singer unfollowed his ex on social media, with Cosmopolitan inferring that might have had something to do with Drake. In May that year, the Ocean's 8 actress was rumored to be dating the 35-year-old rapper, with the media outlet suggesting Justin was jealous of his fellow Canadian singer.

Although neither Hailey nor Drake officially confirmed they were a thing, PEOPLE magazine reported they were “dating super casually," per a source.

The fact that Drake was spotted wearing Hailey's gold charm "H" necklace after a date that June only served to fuel the rumors. Around the same time, the Certified Lover Boy artist was snagging headlines for allegedly having a thing for Justin's exes after the liked sexy photos of Hailey and Selena Gomez on Instagram.

Romance rumors started swirling again in early 2017, only this time they were about Hailey and her BFF Kendall Jenner's ex, Jordan Clarkson. Although Hailey had insisted on Instagram that they were just "fwendssssss" (see the post below!), she and the 29-year-old NBA player were photographed holding hands about a month later.

Hailey briefly dated fellow IMG model Cameron Dallas, 27, in the summer of 2017. However, when the gorgeous blonde brought him along for her Elle UK July cover interview that year, she made it clear they were keeping things casual.

“He's not my boyfriend yet. Technically, I'm single,” Hailey told the magazine, although Cosmopolitan notes Cameron met her parents on that particular occasion.

Despite sources dishing for E! that the pair “had an instant connection,” neither were looking for anything serious and their romance fizzled out in about a month, per Billboard.

Hailey's first official high-profile relationship after her split with Justin was with Canadian singer Shawn Mendes. The couple were all over the news in May 2018 when they attended the Met Gala together (as pictured above), with news outlets reporting that Hailey had been eyeing the 23-year-old "Señorita" singer for a long time.

Digging up an old tweet from 2013 in which she said she wanted to date him, media outlets reported she got her wish four years later, with the pair being first linked in October 2017. However, things ended pretty abruptly after the Met Gala, with Hailey scrubbing her Instagram of all pictures with Shawn one month later and him tweeting that she only did that because Justin was "jealous."

Meanwhile, photos of Hailey and Shawn can still be seen on his Instagram by those willing to scroll that far back.

In the summer of 2018 , after two years apart, Hailey and Justin were back on. After a make-out sesh in Brooklyn that June that instantly made news, the Justice singer got down on one knee in July, proposing to Hailey with a huge diamond ring.

The couple wed in a courthouse ceremony later that year, splurging for a massive wedding in early 2019. In between their two weddings, they bought their first marital home in Beverly Hills, upgrading to a luxurious Beverly Park mansion in 2020.
