January Jones couldn't resist a little humor while posing in only skimpy underwear briefs and a sweater from her bathroom recently. The Mad Men actress, 43, continues to make headlines for spicing up her Instagram, and it was a double dose of time out earlier this month as the mom of one teased her followers.
Kicking things off was a floor shot of Jones in pants and a collared sweater as she joked about being on "time out." Then came the reason why.

The mom of one, rocking her signature blonde hair and bangs, also sported a bold red lip, with the caption telling fans that she was "in time out but trying to look like I shouldn't be."
Fans did find it amusing, but one was quick to ask the deets of the lipstick color.
Next up, and gaining way more likes, was a selfie of January in her luxurious bathroom and still in the same sweater, but very much minus the pants. The actress was swinging a hip while in her undies, with fans seeing her pink smartphone, a gorgeous daylit background, and a lot of leg. "Why I was put in time out," this caption read - Jones even added an eyeroll emoji.

January was this year slammed as her bathroom "shelfies" showed thousands of dollars worth of beauty products, but the self-care queen likely proves envied as she showcases her face prods and routines.
"I don't like doing things that require a lot of maintenance—not a lot of styling products at home, either. I use the Kérastase Resistance Fibre Architecte on flyaways and ends, and it's genius. It makes your hair look really shiny," she told Into The Gloss regarding keeping those locks perfect.
Listing some of the priciest cosmetics brands around when it comes to her makeup, January continued:
"I love doing my makeup. I'll do my brows with Tom Ford Brow Sculptor in Blonde, line my eyes with Diorliner, and experiment with smoky eyeshadows. For lips, I'll do a Chanel or Nars red. The Nars Red Square Velvet Matte Lip Pencil is my favorite red, and Chanel Boy is a good neutral. For everyday, though, I like By Terry's Baume de Rose Nutri-Couleur in Cherry Bomb."
